The Top 3 Craziest Fandoms

We all would love to argue that our fandom is the craziest or the most dedicated, but there are some fandoms that just go the extra mile and stick out as the craziest of them all. Here I’m going to reveal the top 3 craziest fandoms.

The Percy Jackson fandom, commonly referred to as the PJO fandom, has quickly become one of the craziest fandoms, from the photoshopping of Percy’s head onto the Little Mermaid to the adventures of Persassy Jackson, the sassiest sassmaster that ever lived. Deal with it!

1. Sherlock

Benedict Cumberbatch’s version of Sherlock has a huge following, and as the fandom itself will tell you, prolonged exposure drove them insane. Although the Sherlockians have at long last gotten the season three they spent so long pining for, they remain the craziest fandom of Tumblr. With only nine episodes and thirteen and a half hours in total, the Sherlock fandom has managed to become one of the most influential fandoms of all time.

So there you have it; the top 3 craziest fandoms on the Internet. There are many, many more insane and obsessed fandoms, but these three outrank them all. I hope you enjoyed this article, and please feel free to leave a comment with your own experiences with the crazy fans of the Internet!

  1. You missed Homestuck.

  2. Supernatural is definitely more insane than Percy Jackson. Haven’t you heard of that little thing that happened called the Mishapocalypse? We also hijack any and every post on Tumblr especially when it has no correlation. We have a gif for everything and we love to prove it. So yea. SPN is much crazier that Percy Jackson.
